Print solutions provider Brother have a rich history that stretches back over 100 years globally and 50 years in Europe. Today the Brother group delivers products and services to customers all over the world and their motto “At Your Side” drives everything they do as a company.
However, Brother were struggling to be “At Your Side” as they were using a spreadsheet format for sales teams to calculate costs of ownership with clients in the field.
This complex system held information vital for a successful sale, yet it limited the ability of Brother representatives to pull together a proposal on demand. Instead, they had to go back to base, extract the relevant data, write a proposal and then e-mail it back over to the potential customer.
